Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 10 August 2026

MeshTack sends messages and creates content on your behalf, under your business name and phone number. What you send reflects on you first — and on us second, because it travels over our infrastructure. This page sets out where the line is.

1. You must not use MeshTack to

2. Ordinary business promotion is fine

Confident marketing is not a violation. Discounts, offers, comparisons with competitors, urgency, strong claims about your own product — all allowed. The line is not enthusiasm. It is whether the claim is true, and whether it is yours to make.

3. Generated video

Video scripts are checked automatically before they render. If one is refused you are told why, and nothing is charged for a video that was never made.

4. If you breach this

A refused submission is recorded — what was submitted, when, and why it was refused. Repeated refusals pause your ability to submit and bring the account to a person for review. We would rather ask what happened than switch you off, but persistent or deliberate misuse ends the account.

We keep these records because we may be asked to account for what was published through our systems. That record is also what protects an honest customer from being blamed for someone else's misuse.

5. Reporting something

If you received something through MeshTack that breaches this policy, tell us: the sender's business name and number, and the message or video. Email support@meshitsolutions.com or call +91 92178 25076.

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and alongside WhatsApp's own Business and Commerce policies, which apply to every message sent over the WhatsApp Business API regardless of what this page says.
